All prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the
public, means VAT INCLUDED; are net of transportation costs that will be clearly
displayed before the order is refined.
Expo Tech may request a confirmation from the consumer and/or customer by e-mail
of the order placed.
If an order exceeds the existing quantity in the warehouse, EXPO TECH will communicate
within 72 hours the lack of availability and any waiting for the order to be fulfilled; if the customer
and/or consumer does not agree to wait for the time necessary for delivery, the contract
will be resolved and EXPO TECH will make the immediate transfer of the payment.
The commercial invoice must be expressly requested.

However, we recommend that you always read the instruction booklet carefully before use. In fact, the
most of the drawbacks are often caused by the lack of competence in the use of the object, in the event that
the right to a guarantee may also lapse.
The warranty is provided by law by both the manufacturer and the seller. Depending on the type of inconvenience
the customer must, on the basis of our instructions, send the object back to us (if the defect occurs
within the first 15 days) or take advantage of the service centers that the seller will provide to him (in the remaining
warranty period). In both cases, the item must be equipped with the purchase tax document.
The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of unusable or inefficient items for
manufacturing or manufacturing defects found in the service centre authorized by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear. Product repair times depend on
exclusively from the manufacturer's policies.
Our company may never, under any circumstances, be burdened with any charges or damages arising from any
interruptions in the operation of the appliances subject to the warranty, nor from any delays in the
repair due to third parties.
Right of Withdrawal
EXPO TECH recognizes to the consumer, which for whatever reason is not satisfied, the right to
withdrawal as required by current legislation without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
This right can only be exercised by consumers, so that all purchases made for non-
unrelated to entrepreneurial or professional activity, i.e. where a VAT number reference is entered
in the appropriate order form, do not have this right.
The time limit for availing this right is 10 working days from receipt of the goods, within which the
Customer is required to return the asset and to give us notice by registered letter A/R at:

If the right of withdrawal is expressed by fax or e-mail through our contact form,
must in any case be confirmed by registered letter A/R at the address indicated above, within
the next 48 hours.
Important. In the letter requesting the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the extremes
bank or postal account to re-credit what is due (CIN Code, Code of
ABI, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder).
In order to avail itself of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:
customer expresses his willingness to make use of the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
the purchased asset is not used, intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts
(including any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, brochures, etc...)
the product is returned in the times and in the above-mentioned ways. The return costs are at
customer's own load. It is understood that the transport risks for the return of the items are
entirely borne by the consumer.
