Shipments: conditions and costs

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

For all shipments we use specialized couriers that optimize transport times and

manage the return of the goods in the case of an absent customer at the time of delivery.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he will be charged the actual shipping costs

supported by expo tech.

The collection of goods directly at Expo Tech is FREE.

SHIPPING COSTS DEPEND ON THE WEIGHT AND PLACE OF DESTINATION.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders received by 19:00 are processed and prepared for shipping. Orders

arrived after 19:01 they are processed the next day.

Shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, public holidays

Excluded.

Orders received on Fridays are processed on Mondays.

SHIPMENTS TRACKED

Tracing is sent to the user's email address at the time of shipment to verify

developments of the same.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once the availability of the requested product has been verified and the payment of the

itself, the order will be processed and delivered to the courier who will take care of the shipment.

Normally the courier delivers the goods to Italy on a few working days (except for the islands that

logistically need a few more days).

In case of delivery delay, the customer must immediately report it to Expo Tech by calling

at 0835.203045 (from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm) Monday to Friday.

There is no answer for any shipping or delivery delays.

DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER

Once the package containing the purchased items has been received, the customer must check the package

and sign the delivery letter of the goods, reporting any anomalies or

Tampering.

In case of damage or tampering with the package, the customer must collect the goods only by signing

with RESERVE indicating the type of damage.

At that point the customer becomes the owner of the goods.

The customer who does not pick up the goods or who requests the return to the sender, will be charged and

withheld from any refund, all costs incurred for the return of the goods to the

expo tech.

In case it is not possible to deliver the goods for inaccuracies of address, incorrect name, absence

of the recipient or any other reason not attributable to Expo Tech or the courier, and the goods

must be returned to the sender, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.

Insurance

All shipments we carry out have the insured transport, once delivered by the courier

and withdrawn from the customer are no longer insured.

Responsibility

Expo Tech is not responsible for any direct and indirect damage or loss resulting from the sale of the

delivery to the customer.
